Rosemarie was our Realtor for our home this fall. We both appreciated her knowledge of the area, and especially her extensive contact list of contractors, handymen, and tradesmen. We had a few small details that our buyer asked to be corrected, and Rosemarie knew just who to call to get the job done. Since we had already moved out of the area, she was a huge help in making sure that everything was done quickly (even volunteering to do some things herself!) making the sale stress-free for us. Rosemarie did a wonderful job for us and we would recommend her to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home in Palm Coast.

Rose was THE best realtor we have ever worked with (this is our 5th house purchase)! She is kind, hardworking and knowledgeable. We are moving from out of state and we won't be in our new house full time for a few months, so Rose goes over to the house once a week to check on everything. After the hurricane, she went over and assured us the house and neighborhood were fine. She was there when we had a new hot water heater installed because we couldn't be there. She is willing to go above and beyond-you can text her about anything and she is always quick to respond and she makes any request seem like it's no big deal. We even met her husband and we look forward to living in Palm Coast permanently when we can call her our friend, not just our realtor!
